The Q-83-TW is an ultra-compact aluminum column passive system, white, designed to deliver precise performance in medium and large spaces such as houses of worship, museums, and conference rooms. Equipped with eight 3” transducers, it provides clear reproduction in frequencies from 150 Hz to 20 kHz and reaches a maximum sound pressure of 123 dB SPL.
The system allows vertical dispersion control between 30º and 45º through an integrated filter, adjusting the dispersion lobe to reduce reverberation and improve intelligibility in acoustically challenging environments. Its horizontal coverage of 120º and vertical coverage of 20º ensure uniform and precise sound distribution in any configuration.
With a power rating of 160 W RMS and 640 W peak power, the Q-83-TW incorporates a transformer with taps for 70 V (12.5 W, 25 W, 50 W) and 100 V (25 W, 50 W, 100 W), making it an ideal option for installations requiring efficient sound distribution over long distances or across multiple zones.
The aluminum structure and IP-66 kit make it a highly reliable and durable system, available in white to match a more discreet and elegant aesthetic. Additionally, it includes ceramic barrier terminals for secure and robust audio connections in fixed installations.
