The WR-8826 is a passive two-way system with an IP56 rating, designed for permanent professional outdoor installations. It incorporates two 6B loudspeakers for low-frequency reproduction and a compression driver with a 1″ annular diaphragm that delivers clear and defined high-frequency reproduction. Its ultra-compact enclosure, made from birch plywood, minimizes unwanted vibrations and helps reduce distortion, maintaining stable acoustic performance in demanding conditions. This model is available in black or white finishes to facilitate integration into different environments.
The WR series is designed to provide high resistance and durability in permanent outdoor installations. All metal components of the system are made from stainless steel to ensure high corrosion resistance. The connectors feature protection against liquids and dust through hermetic sealing. The grilles incorporate a three-layer textile barrier composed of acoustic fabric, filtering foam and a hydrophobic mesh that blocks dust, dirt and moisture without affecting acoustic performance. In addition, the enclosure features a fully sealed design that prevents water ingress and protects internal components in outdoor installations, ensuring reliable operation even under demanding environmental conditions. The WR series is available in CX (Covered Exposure) versions for partially covered installations and DX (Direct Exposure) versions designed for locations fully exposed to the elements.
All systems in the WR series share these protection specifications. This model corresponds to the DX version, designed for installations fully exposed to the elements and equipped with a reinforced fiberglass exterior.
