DAS Audio held at its headquarters in Valencia the First Technical Support Services (SAT) Meeting for Spain and Portugal, a day of training and exchange aimed at strengthening the relationship with its official technical network.
The meeting, led by Iván Pardo, head of DAS Audio’s technical service department, also included the participation of Siluj, the brand’s distributor in Spain and Portugal since early 2024.
Throughout the day, attendees toured the company’s facilities, where they were able to learn about the manufacturing and quality control processes. They also took part in a hands-on product repair session, sharing knowledge and experiences related to the maintenance and technical support of DAS Audio systems.
The presence of Siluj reinforced the message of collaboration that both companies have been promoting since the beginning of their alliance. After decades in which DAS Audio directly managed its distribution in Spain, the new model represents a significant change in the organization, but also an opportunity to optimize resources and offer a more agile and closer service. Both DAS Audio and Siluj share the common objective of continuing to improve customer service and ensuring the highest level of technical support across the territory.
The meeting also served to introduce new additions to both teams. On Siluj’s side, the appointments of Halley Jaime as Product Manager for DAS Audio at Siluj, and David Gascón as Sales Director for Siluj Spain, were announced. Gascón has an extensive career in the audiovisual sector, having worked for leading companies such as Fluge Audiovisuales and Crambo, among others. On DAS Audio’s side, the company welcomed Lara, who joins the administration and SAT support department for Spain. These incorporations strengthen the commitment of both companies to continue improving coordination, technical support and the overall service offered to customers.
DAS Audio’s official technical service network is a key part of the company’s ecosystem. Their daily work ensures that every product maintains the quality and reliability standards that define the brand. Ultimately, SAT centres are the technical extension of DAS Audio in the market, and their role is essential in delivering the best possible service experience to customers. This meeting marks the beginning of a new phase focused on reinforcing collaboration, unifying criteria and continuing to build a solid, efficient and aligned technical network.
This first meeting marks the beginning of a shared path based on trust, communication and the common purpose of offering the best possible service.
