Each ARA enclosure integrates a digital processor operating at 96 kHz with a processing capacity of 1.2 GMACS, featuring Multipath AD/DA converters and a dynamic range exceeding 120 dB. This architecture enables the implementation of per-cabinet FIR filters, advanced parametric EQ, and HOS filters for precisely modeling the system’s low and mid-frequency response with asymmetric accuracy.
The result is absolute control over system linearity, delivering a level of detail and definition that positions ARA among the most precise systems on the market.

The ARA series combines strategic transducer placement with FIRmaker® algorithms to deliver unprecedented horizontal and vertical dispersion control.
All ARA series line array systems (except SARA) feature cardioid configuration, which reduces unwanted energy behind the array and optimizes front coverage. Likewise, cardioid technology applied to subwoofers minimizes stage bleed, reducing acoustic pollution and enhancing on-stage intelligibility.
Additionally, DASaim™ allows the vertical coverage of the array to be tailored to each venue, ensuring consistent SPL from front row to back seat and avoiding unwanted reflections from ceilings, balconies, or walls.

ARA features a real-time monitoring system that tracks key amplifier and transducer parameters, such as temperature, output voltage and current, and impedance.
The Health Check function enables instant system diagnostics and frequency response measurements, either directly from the rear panel of each unit or sequentially across an entire array via ALMA™.
This proactive monitoring ensures safety in live applications and extends system reliability in large-scale installations or international tours.

The setup process is streamlined with a self-positioning system based on NFC: once the array is flown, each module auto-identifies and communicates its exact position, automatically building the system’s digital map. This reduces setup time, eliminates configuration errors, and ensures perfect alignment.
The One Cable Solution infrastructure integrates audio, control, and power into a single cable, significantly reducing cabling, simplifying logistics, and minimizing failure points.
Finally, global system management is centralized through ALMATM, software developed in collaboration with FOH engineers that combines real-time monitoring, remote control, and advanced optimization tools. ALMATM makes configuring and optimizing ARA intuitive, fast, and remarkably powerful.
The ARA architecture has been designed to grow and evolve with market demands. Its scalable DSP platform allows for the implementation of new processing, control, and optimization functionalities through firmware updates via ALMATM software, with no need for hardware modifications. ARA remains ever-current, at the forefront, anticipating future needs.
