From May 23 to 28, the Philippine province of Camarines Sur hosted the Kaogma Festival 2025, one of the country’s most iconic cultural events. For six days, the Capitol Grounds in Cadlan, in the city of Pili, welcomed a wide variety of activities, with thousands of people enjoying music, sports, and local culture.
With more than three decades of tradition, the Kaogma Festival has grown into one of the major events on the Philippine cultural calendar. This year, the festival brought together thousands of attendees, drawn by a diverse program that included concerts, cycling competitions, mud races, parades, gastronomy, and the Miss Kaogma 2025 beauty pageant.
The integration of professional sound systems was carried out by MixSonic, a leading company in the Philippine sector. The concerts and Miss Kaogma pageant were held on the main stage. The main PA consisted of 12 LARA-100 units per side, with 10 SARA-100 as out-fills per side. For subwoofers, 8 LARA-SUB per side were used. For the delay system, 12 EVENT-212A and six EVENT-218A per side were deployed in end-fire configuration. Eight VANTEC-20A units were installed as front-fills.
